1. SELECT YOUR VEHICLE: There are two ways that you can purchase a vehicle. You can either use "BUY IT NOW" or "WIN IT THROUGH A BID".


BUY NOW OPTION - With the Buy Now option, you have the opportunity to purchase a vehicle right away with a straightforward fixed price. Such Vehicles can be secured through many options namely:

> Private Sellers

> Auction Houses

Our KNOWLEDGEABLE sales staff know a lot about all vehicle make and model and are readily available to help you make seamless right decision on your preferred choice of vehicle.

You give us exactly what you want in details of Make/Model/Year/Miles + 2 or more Exterior color options with a primary choice + any add-ons accessories like DVD, step-bar etc. And we will look out for the best vehicle for you using our search function or vehicle finder request, we will figure out the total price, which will include everything: buying, freight and clearing (optional).

Once we find the used/new vehicle(s) that fits your specs, then we will email you options lists of the vehicles available for purchase with vehicle pictures and detailed description. (VIN check/colors/features etc).

The total cost from USA/CANADA and EUROPE to the Country will be included as well. Cost include: Cost of the car + expenses (FOB Free on Board) + Freight and Customs duty/clearing (optional).

BUYING THROUGH A WINNING AND APPROVED BID - For FAVEO AUTO SOLUTIONS to make a bid for you on a selected listing, the following terms and conditions must be met:

You will have to pay an initial deposit with a minimum amount of $1000 or 10% of the total bidding price that you are wanting to pay, whichever one is higher, which will be your security deposit that you are making sincere and truthful request.

We will send you an invoice for the security deposit for the bidding. After the security deposit has been made, we will be able to bid or buy a vehicle on your behalf for the selected vehicle.

KINDLY NOTE: After we win the vehicle we need at least 60% of the total cost CIF within 1-3 business days of buying otherwise we would not pick up the vehicle from auction and whatever storage charges auction will charge from us, we will deduct from your deposit. Late fees of $50 per day will be applied to all unpaid purchased vehicles. If we do not receive the payment or confirmation of the payment after 3 days of the purchase, the vehicle will be automatically relisted and a all charges will be deducted from the minimum fee of $1000 or 10%. You will typically receive a refund within 2 to 5 business days after all charges have been deducted.


2. PRE-ORDER THE VEHICLE AND GET AN INVOICE: After your approval to buy the vehicle(s) showing all images,VIN and mileage, a price quote to Lagos port or to your desired location will be given. If you decide to purchase, contact us so that we can begin the process of purchase of the vehicle for you before someone else buy it.

Once we agree on the price, an agreement is sealed. Thereafter a MOU termed contract of carriage is signed and sealed. The MOU is Legal Agreement stating the terms and conditions of the transactions for both parties involved (Faveo and Buyer)



(a) CASH DEPOSITS - We are very strict with our buying policy, so we do advise you study our terms and conditions extensively. We will send the proforma invoice and you are required to pay the agreed amount by Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Transfer).

Full payment is required before buying or confirming any vehicle. This agreed invoice includes CIF –Cost, Insurance, Freight/Shipping charges. Payment is due within 3-5 business days of acceptance of the proforma invoice.

Buying and Shipping arrangement will be taken by the receipt of your deposit. After vehicle arrives Lagos port, you can pay for clearing and registration in Naira only. Any delay in paying clearing funds do attracts some rent charges from shipping company, after which we will deliver to your preferred location (Outside Lagos location attracts affordable logistic fees).

In making your payment, please take note of the Bank Information provided in the INVOICE. The Account Number appearing here is specifically assigned for our accounts with our bankers and payment received would automatically reflect for your unit(s). In addition, please instruct your bank to update the details of charges as this will ensure that we will receive the full amount in the invoice.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

The said agreed sale price is payable as follows:

(i) Initial Deposit - The “consignee”(BUYER) is ready to remit a cheque/bank transfer payable to the “consignor”(SELLER) in the amount o f AT LEAST 70% OF THE AGREED INVOICE PRICE, in high end units we require Full deposit, the “consignor “acknowledging receipt of this amount.

(ii) Balance Payment - The “consignee” shall pay the 30% balance in the following order:

> 20% payment shall be made with the provision of the proof of shipping confirmed i.e bill of lading.

> Thereafter 10% as balance after arrival and duly satisfied with the “Said” vehicle by certified payable to the “consignor”, the latter acknowledging receipt of this amount and giving therefore a release to the “consignee” for so much. “Kindly note that the “consignee has 7 days maximum to pay the balance(except a financing option was agreed upon by both the consignor and consignee that won't exceed 3 months maximum period with terms and conditions clearly spelt out), thereafter the vehicle will be offered for sale on first-come, first-served basis and the consignee deposits refunded with 20% penalty deduction.

> "100% payment of the invoice price is a required for total delivery to the consignee. The said unit will not be released except full payment is done after physical inspection and full satisfaction".



After receiving the payment, we will immediately begin the export arrangements for the first vessel available. We will keep you posted regularly about the status of your shipment at any time. We will send the documents (bill of lading) to you via e-mail some days after the vessel leaves for Nigeria or your desired destination.

It takes around 1 to 1.5 month to import car from Japan, Korea and North America while 1 month for Europe. We will keep you informed about every step in a meantime.

Importing directly saves at-least #100,000. It's safe and secured to buy cars directly, we have inside knowledge of what to choose and offer you the best available cars to choose from before we buy. The unit is insured during shipment. We keep you informed during all importation process.

Vehicle sourcing, purchase and shipping takes approximately 6 weeks. Clearing takes about 5-7 days, approximately 6-8weeks to your door.

**** Clearing Cost - Kindly Note that after arrival and discharge of the vessels, we are required to clear the vehicle from the port within 3 days thereafter rent charges will be invoked on the unit. ***PORT CHARGES WILL BE BORNE BY CUSTOMER***, so we do advice you readily make provision for the clearing cost to avoid extra charges as soon as you get the soft copy of the bill of lading.



Once you receive the e-documents (bill of lading), you can begin to arrange the clearing funds if included in the agreed invoice. We have our clearing/registering/insurance staffs who help to give fee and taxes to be paid to complete the procedure of collection, registration and use of the vehicle in the country at competitive price. We take care of the whole process from start to the end and hand you over the keys for the car which can be registered on your name.

How does PRE-ordering a car work ?

If you are looking for any particular car, and you know your desired make, model, years, colors, and options for the car, you can fill out a form called “pre-ORDER A CAR”. Soon after you submitted your “PRE-ORDER A CAR” form, our sales team will start to search for your car through millions of auto dealer listings and auctions of USA/CANADA and EUROPE. After they have found the car that suits all your needs, you will receive an email, which will include pictures, specifications, history report and price of the car (which includes shipping fees + clearing cost delivery to Lagos).


How do you source your vehicles ?

Our seasoned buyers carefully choose and purchase quality vehicles from certified auctions, wholesale car markets and selected partners to provide you with the best quality vehicles at an affordable price.


If I want to confirm purchase of a vehicle that was offered to me, what should I do?

If you liked the car that was offered to you, you simply contact us and confirm that you are interested in buying this vehicle. We will require at least 50% deposit of the invoice price offered in order to purchase the vehicle for you. Please note that the purchase of the car is dependent on you making the security deposit, so we can pick it up as quick s possible, because there is a possibility that the car can be sold to someone else.

Is “PRE-ORDER A CAR” price negotiable ?

Yes, it is negotiable. Our sales team will do their best to offer maximum possible discount for you. Though the price offered will be comparatively cheaper than the local market value.


What does the price on the invoice include ?

Price of the invoice in CnF terms includes:

1. Vehicle price (including documentation costs).

2. Shipping and insurance.

3. Warranty.

4. Compulsory inspections, clearing costs, import duties and taxes and any additional fee requested by (as requested by Custom).

5. Options you specifically requested.


What method of payment do you accept ?

We accept payments via Bank Transfer and Cheque.


What are the terms of payment ?

All orders must be secured with full/initial payments before we can start the purchasing procedure. We will start the shipping arrangement process once our bank confirms that full/initial payment has been received. A contact of carriage is sealed (you can request the soft copy of the contract details).


What currencies do you accept ?

The payment should be remitted in Dollar/Naira, as indicated in our invoices.


Where can I find your bank account details ?

Our bank account details can be found on the "e-invoice slip" or requested for.


Do you accept payments in installments ?

How will I know when my payment has been deposited into your account ?

It is very important that you provide us proof of payment to secure your order. Once the payment has been made, please send us a confirmation of payment together with the scanned copy of the bank invoice number by Email. Once your payment is confirmed in our account, our staff will notify you via email, and E-proforma invoice will be issued immediately to you via email.

As for cheque, it usually takes between 1 to 3 days for the funds to reflect in our account. We continuously check our account and we will write to you a confirmation email as soon as the funds are here. Please always indicate your invoice number when you complete a payment, to avoid problems in identifying it when it reaches us.




When will I know the date my vehicle will sail ?

After the shipping companies confirm the booking of the vessel for your vehicle, our staff will email you the estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA). Shipping booking is made the first 10-15 days and last 10 days of the month.The waiting time for the booking is an average of 2 weeks. Once you have been informed of the estimated shipping date, you should contact your local clearing or shipping agent to confirm the final arrival date and arrange collection of your vehicle.

TIME OF DELIVERY: You are assured of 45 days (max) of delivery to your door step and while shipping, the unit is fully insured protecting against loss.


Can I monitor the status of my shipment ?

We will be notifying you on your status through emails. Please note that exit ports are located in NY (New York), CA (California), TX (Texas), FL (Florida), MD (Maryland) and across Europe.


How will my cars be shipped ?

Your cars will be shipped by “RORO” or “Container” shipping.


What is "RO-RO Shipment" ?

Shipment by Ro-Ro (Roll on-Roll off) refers to shipment done with vessels where the vehicles are loaded and unloaded by driving them into and out of the ship. All vehicles are secured in their respective bays and are isolated from the elements during the sea passage. Such shipment are usually speedier and cheaper than container shipments. This method of shipment is available to various destinations except from CA (California).


What is "Container Shipment" ?

During container shipment, vehicles are loaded and fixed in a container (a big metal box of standard size). Shipment by container is very safe and covers almost all ocean ports in the world. It is usually more expensive and slower than Ro-Ro- shipments. As default, we provide quotations for shipments in 20 foot long containers. 40 foot containers are also available on request and might be convenient for purchases of multiple vehicles.


What does "Consignee" mean ?

The consignee is the person entitled to receive delivery of the goods. The name is listed on the Bill of Lading and all the documents relative to the vehicle we provide.


Which documents will I receive ?

We will send the B/L (Bill of Lading), proforma E-Invoice, and other necessary documents specific for your shipments to your via the email you provided.


Can I track my shipment once they have been dispatched ?

Yes you can track your shipment. The shipping agencies in Nigeria are Grimaldi, heogh autoliner (allraine), Eukor etc with the bill of lading you can contact them to confirm the correctness of your shipment or track it from their respective websites.


When can I call your office ?
